Meet The Team

Alfonso Martinez
Alfonso is originally from San Diego, California, and the Army first brought him to Hawaii in 2016 while he was on active duty. Like many who fall in love with the islands, he decided to stay and build a life—and a business—here with his family. He specializes in full-service property management across Oahu, working with a wide range of clients including local homeowners, investors, and especially military families and veterans. Having served himself, he understands the unique needs and timelines that come with PCS moves and VA-backed investments. Alfonso earned his Master’s degree from the University of Southern California and brings a strong background in program management, systems, and operational efficiency. His biggest strength is responsiveness, whether it’s a maintenance request or a lease question, he ensures fast, reliable service. He believes thorough tenant screening and proactive communication are key to a smooth property management experience. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spearfishing, fishing, golfing, and making memories with his wife and kids. Hawaii has given so much to his family, and he’s honored to help others call it home too.

Mariah Mariano
I serve as the team leader of the team, overseeing the maintenance and operational side of the business to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I’m a strong team player who values clear and consistent communication, making sure both internal team members and clients are always informed in a timely manner. My professional background includes working as an ISA, Executive Assistant, and Assistant Operations Manager for Realtors, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of real estate operations before joining this team. I bring resilience, strong problem-solving skills, and creativity to my role, allowing me to handle challenges effectively and find practical solutions. My experience of more than 10 years in the BPO industry has greatly shaped who I am today, strengthening my communication skills and my ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, cooking for them, watching TV series, and catching up on much-needed rest. Ultimately, the impact I strive to have is to make both the team and the clients—whether property owners or tenants—feel supported, valued, and confident that they are in good hands.

Lester John Oldimo
I manage our social media marketing of Island Breeze Team creating content that highlights our properties, services, and company values, helping increase visibility, attract qualified leads, and keep our messaging consistent. I’m proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong focus on clear communication and teamwork to ensure marketing efforts align with our goals. With experience in social media marketing and digital content creation, I bring a strong understanding of branding and audience engagement, translating property management services into clear, relatable messaging for owners and residents. My strengths include content strategy, organization, consistency, post scheduling, performance tracking, and adapting strategies to better connect with our audience. My background in marketing has shaped a balanced approach that blends creativity with structure, allowing me to deliver engaging content aligned with business objectives. Outside of work, I enjoy Playing basketball, playing Pc games ,wating tv series, staying current with digital trends, and spending time with family and friends, drawing inspiration from everyday life. My goal is to strengthen our brand presence, build trust through clear communication, and create a positive, connected experience for both the team and our clients.

I'm the Maintenance Coordinator for Island Breeze Property Management, where I manage maintenance requests, coordinate vendors, schedule inspections, and ensure repairs are completed promptly to keep operations running smoothly. I am organized, responsive, and easy to work with, valuing clear communication, staying calm under pressure, and keeping everyone informed and supported. I bring a professional background in marketing and sales operations management, which strengthened my communication, organization, and customer-service skills that I now apply in property management. My strengths include efficiency, attention to detail, reliability, scheduling, vendor coordination, problem-solving, and managing multiple tasks at once. I hold a degree in Air Transportation Management, which developed my discipline, workflow management, and ability to coordinate complex tasks. Outside of work, I enjoy computer games, going to the firing range, and spending time with my family in the Philippines. Overall, I strive to create a positive impact by providing clear communication, fast assistance, and dependable service to make maintenance processes easier for both the team and the clients we support.

Justin serves as a Property Manager with the Island Breeze Team, helping ensure that each property is well cared for and that owners and residents receive professional support throughout the rental process. He assists with key property management responsibilities, including move-in inspections, move-out inspections, and routine 6-month inspections. With a focus on communication, attention to detail, and property condition documentation, Justin helps make sure homes are properly inspected, maintenance concerns are identified, and both owners and tenants have a smooth experience. His role supports the team in maintaining quality standards, protecting owner investments, and creating a positive rental experience from move-in to move-out.
